EHS Manager

Occupancy: 80-100% I Start date: 02.11.2026 I Initial duration: 6 months

We are looking for an experienced EHS Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives in an industrial and logistics environment. You will ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen safety culture, and drive continuous improvement across HSE management systems.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Manage and improve ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems in alignment with integrated management standards.

• Ensure compliance with Swiss HSE regulations and liaise with authorities.

• Lead risk assessments, workplace inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions.

• Oversee environmental performance, audits, certifications, employee training, and emergency preparedness.

• Advise management, coordinate local HSE representatives, and drive safety awareness and performance reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on HSE management experience.

• Practical expertise and certifications in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

• ASA qualification and strong knowledge of Swiss HSE regulations.

• Proven safety leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

• Business-fluent German and good written and spoken English.
