Business Systems Analyst – Data & Workflow

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst – Data & Workflow to support data, workflow, and innovation initiatives. You will bridge business and IT, improve processes, and help deliver effective technology-driven solutions.

Geneva, Switzerland | 3 days on-site | Swiss residency required

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Analyse and document business requirements across data and workflow domains.

• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.

• Act as the link between business stakeholders and IT teams.

• Identify opportunities to optimise processes, workflows, and data usage.

• Support innovation and transformation initiatives from analysis through implementation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.

• Strong skills in requirements analysis, business processes, and workflow optimisation.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent French is essential.

• Swiss residency is mandatory, with availability to work 3 days per week on-site.
