Our client is an international IT consulting company with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. As a Microsoft implementation partner, the company delivers CRM projects based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for well known clients across various industries. It combines deep technical expertise with a strong consulting mindset.

Job requirements

  • Take ownership of solution architecture and technical design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations

  • Gather and analyse customer requirements

  • Conduct fit gap analyses and translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Design and document CRM architectures, including integration and data models

  • Provide technical leadership to implementation teams

  • Coordinate external partners and stakeholders

  • Advise customers at eye level, from strategic planning through to implementation

  • Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and architectural standards

  • Support pre sales activities and customer presentations

  • Mentor and support junior consultants


Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment

  • Several years of experience in a solution architecture or senior consulting role

  • Strong practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Sales and Customer Service

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse

  • Experience designing integration architectures with Azure and third party systems

  • Previous consulting or project experience is an advantage

  • Very good German skills, minimum C1 level. Good command of English
