Senior Business Analyst – Pricing & Billing


Contract Duration: 1 December 2026 – 31 December 2027

Project

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Business Engineer to join its Business Engineering Pricing Services team. The focus of the role is on change topics in the pricing and billing area, working in a DevOps environment and covering the full cycle from requirements analysis and specification through to implementation and testing.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle change tasks in the pricing and billing area within a DevOps environment

  • Gather requirements, develop and evaluate solution options, and create detailed specifications

  • Support implementation using agile methods

  • Prepare test plans and carry out test cycles as part of the releases

  • Create and take end-to-end ownership of features, with a strong focus on quality and documentation

  • Work closely with stakeholders such as sales, product management, legal, IT architecture and development

Your Profile

  • University or university of applied sciences degree, e.g. in Banking & Finance, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Engineering at a financial services provider

  • Certification in Business Engineering (e.g. IREB)

  • Experience in project management of agile projects (e.g. SAFe)

  • High quality standards and a structured, precise way of working

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills

  • High IT affinity and SQL knowledge are an advantage

  • Convincing communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Working Environment

You will be part of the Portfolio & Solution Delivery Sales Platform unit, which is responsible for portfolio management as well as the implementation and operation of the bank’s sales applications. The team supports the interaction between client advisors and customers through digital channels and applications.
